New User Registration

When the user navigates to the application website (any page), the system checks to see if they have logged on correctly. In this case they have not so they are redirected to the login page. This is to be an empty page holding only the controls required to support this scenario and a small descrption to let the user know they have arrived at the correct site. The controls on the page are:

• Login ID text box and associated label
• Password text box and associated label
• Remember me checkbox
• Login button
• Lost password link
• Register link

Since the user is not registered, they will click the register link to move to the registration page.
